Frank Giaccio is an 11-year-old entrepreneur from Virginia. He wrote a letter to President Donald J. Trump, offering his service to the president and nation, and an opportunity has been carved out for him to do so.
Frank is in the neighborhood lawn-mowing business, and the generous young man offered to travel to Washington, D.C., and cut the White House grass. On Aug. 2, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders read Frank’s letter to the president during a press briefing, in which he offers his services, including providing his own tools.
“Dear Mr. President, it would be my honor to mow the White House lawn for some weekend for you. Even though I’m only 10, I’d like to show the nation what young people like me are ready for. I admire your business background and have started my own business,” read Sanders.
“I have been mowing my neighbors’ lawns for some time… Here’s a list of what I have and you are free to pick whatever you want: power mower, push mower, and weed whacker. I can bring extra fuel for the power mower and charged batteries for the weed whacker,” she continued.
